1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Your Next Why website (the "Site") and any coaching services, programmes, workshops, or content provided by Lindsay Jones, trading as Your Next Why ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this Site or booking any service with us, you ("you", "the client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or book our services.

2. About Us

Your Next Why is a coaching practice run by Lindsay Jones, a qualified Executive Coach based in the UK, offering 1:1 coaching, group workshops, and related content.

3. Services

3.1 Coaching Programmes

We offer 1:1 coaching programmes, including our flagship "Rediscover Your Why" programme, delivered via video call over an agreed number of sessions. Full details of format, session count and duration are provided at the point of booking.

3.2 Workshops

We may also run group workshops, either online or in person, as advertised on the Site or via direct communication.

3.3 Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support personal and professional development. It is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on your own engagement, actions, and circumstances.

4. Bookings and Payment

4.1 Booking

Places on programmes and workshops are confirmed only once payment (or an agreed deposit) has been received.

4.2 Fees

Current fees are as stated on the Site or in your programme agreement at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change our fees for future bookings; this will not affect programmes already booked and paid for.

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment may be made in full or via an agreed instalment plan. Full details of any instalment arrangement will be confirmed in writing prior to the programme start.

4.4 Late or Failed Payment

If a scheduled payment is not received, we reserve the right to pause or suspend delivery of sessions until payment is made.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

5.1 Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer booking from the UK, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided coaching has not yet commenced. If you ask for coaching to begin within this period, you acknowledge that this right may be affected once services are delivered.

5.2 Session Rescheduling

We ask for at least [insert number, e.g. 48] hours' notice to reschedule an individual session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund, except at our discretion.

5.3 Programme Cancellation by Client

If you wish to withdraw from a full programme after it has commenced, please refer to the refund schedule set out in your individual programme agreement. As a general position: [insert your refund policy, e.g. "fees paid for sessions not yet delivered will be refunded, less an administration fee" or "fees are non-refundable once the programme has commenced"].

5.4 Cancellation by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative session time at no additional cost.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during coaching sessions as confidential, in line with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. We will not disclose the content of sessions to third parties without your consent, except:

  • where disclosure is required by law;
